2017 CAN-AM Matches Pencilled in for Barrie.
August 7 - 11 or 14 - 18, 2017.
Date is TBD, the Canadians are still talking with with Barrie Gun Club in Ontario and will solidify the date in the next few months. Send scores to Errol McLean who is handling stats for this cycle at captain1@slic.com.

2017 U.S. Long Range Nationals
June 5 - 7, 2017. Camp Butner, North Carolina. The 2017 Long Range Nations will be held at Camp Butner on June 5-7.  They will be run with International rules so everyone becomes familiar with them; Lee S. will inspect rifles with International criteria.  As longas weather cooperates, June 7th will be a day of instruction:  Ed and Lee, our most skilled, accomplished shooters, will work with those less experienced to both increase skills and explain how the Team operates.  At the end of the day, a group discussion for those going to Australia for the World Championships covering how to travel by air with required gear, as well as more specific information on Team uniforms, firearms permits, and how the Team operates is planned.  The goal is full preparation with the least amount of gear.

October 8 - 14, 2017
. Adelaide, South Australia at the Murray Bridge Club's "Deed Range," part of the Monarto Range Complex. The U.S. squad is requested to stay at the same accommodations.

28th MLAIC Championships
August 12 - 17, 2018 (not finalized). Eisenstadt, Austria, about one hour south of Vienna.

USIMLT Elections, 2013
The USIMLT elected new officials at its Board Meeting in October. Bob Peloquin was elected Chairman, Lee Shaver is the team's new Vice Chairman. Frank Kapper is Treasurer and Laraine Henley was re-elected Secretary.

15th Pacific Zone Championships
Scores are now in for the 15th Pacific Zone Postal Championships held in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. The USIMLT put in a strong performance this year, with 11 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals and 10 Bronze Medals.
